I had heard that Niraj helps you improve your health, that's why I wanted to do this Quest. But this one goes much further. The power of the breath is amazing. And Niraj teaches you so many techniques to improve your health. Through breathing, he improves the quality of your intestinal system, frees you from stress and trapped emotions and recharges you with energy. What more could you ask for! ;) 
The other impressive thing is the states of consciousness that can be reached. 
In January of this year I had a session of ayaguasca and when I was young I experimented with other natural drugs, with which I was able to reach higher states of consciousness. Well, all this is no longer necessary ;)
