OMG (again and again) such a magical state of my mind, body....was happening!!!! I began to dance after 60min of breathwork (after a bit of relaxation) and I just cannot stop to dance so far!!!! I went to the sauna and I did dance even over there!!! I do not wanna control my motion at all, I just wanna let it go, let it go out:-D THANK YOU NIRAJ!!!!!!!! Much Love
