"It was profound in the sense that it was very physical and simultaneously deeply, profoundly spiritual"

A really profound experience.
Reminded me of the first time I had a Satori like Nirvana experience, where in my temples, they were buzzing along with other parts of my body, I could feel it, my shoulders and my solar plexus and in my hips. That's just the way that I experience it. It doesn't necessarily have to be true for you, but it felt like there is a very physical, tangible sense of energy. I'm talking about energy like electricity. You can feel that.
I could feel it like that in my temples and overall kind of tingling sensation throughout the body, which is partially, you know, in to be in all fairness, is partially due to kind of the hyperventilation, you know, part of the of the breathing process. But it was way, way, way deeper than just hyperventilating. So it was profound in the sense that it was very physical and simultaneously deeply, profoundly spiritual
