Before this quest, I thought I was going to just learn to breathe better – something I have noticed recently that I need. However, you will be delighted to know that our extraordinary teacher, Niraj Naik brings us so much more in this Quest, Breathwork for Life!
I think my most pleasant surprise was how Niraj teachers and incorporates longevity practices and the Ayurvedic lifestyle. I am so passionate about longevity. The additional or “new” information that Niraj brought to me was a real gift.
Like with all of our transformational practices, consistency is the key. I can attest to the fact that the days which I start with the breathwork are days that really flow and are graceful and joyful.
I have been battling with sleep lately, waking up in the early hours of the morning and then battling to go back to sleep. If you are experiencing similar, you need look no further than this quest! There are two “meditations” for better sleep included. One being what Niraj calls a Trypnotrance. I won’t give anything away here except to say they WORK!
