When I opened up the quest of breathwork, I immediately was drawn to the simplicity of it and just the ability of the author to deliver results. I noticed a difference immediately, within minutes, and so therefore I just kept going. I had some skin condition that doctors couldn't diagnose. There's not a name for it. They couldn't figure out what it was. And I was trying for several months, maybe a year, maybe a little longer to fix this. It was very painful. It was, disrupting everything in my life. I went to any and everybody that I could think of to help me. Every professional. ambulance, primary doctor, skin doctors. We couldn't figure out what was going on. I had all the ointments. I had anything and everything that we could think of. And it just wasn't getting better. And then after the Breathwork, I started getting better the first day. That's what I love about it is that I don't find many things that give me an immediate result like instantaneously when I started doing the breathwork with the intention and genuinely, really really doing it.
