"I managed to stick to a 16 hour fasts, most of the days, without giving up on my active professional, social and sporting life"
In this Quest, Ronan taught me in a very playful and creative way, how to develop new healthy eating habits for the rest of my life. For the last month, I managed to stick to a 16 hour fasts, most of the days, without giving up on my active professional, social and sporting life. I knew about healthy food and fasting, now I have a system combining both for reaching my goals for glowing, vibrant energy, longevity and the pleasure of sharing meals with family and friends. Learning to eat well without compromising its pleasures is one of the greatest gifts of life, and this Quest gives people this incredible opportunity. Before this Quest, my occasional fasting or dietary experiments would lead to a lot of emotional stress and mood swings, and I would not always stick to my fasting or healthy eating commitments, regularly skipping healthy eating plans, reverting to bad habits, due to the practical challenges of a busy professional life, social commitments, jetlag and hunger pangs from frequent travel and sport activity. I Am immensely grateful because what I learnt will last for life. Thank you, Ronan.
