After a series of health issues, I decided to make some changes to my lifestyle. I decided to try intermittent fasting on the advice of a wellness counsellor. The Mindvalley Quest Beyond Fasting has brought so many changes to my perception of wellness and nutrition.
I loved how Ronan enabled me to create a foundation for lifestyle changes - the story vision, hairy goal, reasons to care, and epic stories. The challenge-level session was the best - I loved my journey from "Chill" to "Master".
Both meditation practices are powerful and helped me stay on track. The habits of planning the master meal, mindful eating, and tracking food consumed and the domains are ones I'm planning to keep for life.
The growth survey shows a 228% growth overall, with a 600% improvement in outcomes related to better eating and habits and a 499% improvement in outcomes related to better health and longevity.
