Before taking Rich's Exponential Coach my coaching was primarily centered around results and outcomes initially expressed by my clients, which kept my coaching shallow.
Working through this course with Rich taught me to slow down, ask deeper questions, listen to what wasn't being said. This helped me to draw out great desires/fears from the people I served while providing better insights.
