"I feel like I have been given a reminder that I can count on my own wisdom"

Before this program, I had been a practicing coach following a model given to me by the courses from which I received my credentials.
I was making it work but not to the level I wanted it to be. Rich explained things in a way that reminded me of how I used to run my previous businesses before coaching.
I feel like I have been given a reminder that I can count on my own wisdom.
Learning new skills in a new field is always wonderful but we should be aware if we have somehow given our own knowledge up in order to follow someone else's path. Coaching is a very individual journey, not a formula to be followed by everyone in the same way.
