"I've reached a point where I can navigate my days without being pulled away by social media"

Even though I wasn't a complete mess with my time scheduling before enrolling in this program, I still struggled to stick to my time-boxed calendar and completely avoid my digital distractions, even with notifications turned off. This course helped me identify the root causes of my distraction through many introspective and other exercises.
Before the quest, distractions were inevitable. Now, they've become a choice. By applying Eyal's methods and app recommendations, I've reached a point where I can navigate my days without being pulled away by social media, emails, or "urgent" messages from colleagues. I've also structured my schedule more effectively, still making time for previous distractions but now with better control and focus. The best part is that I genuinely enjoy it.
