Before I started with this program I have lived my life in a rather automatic way... Not always very conscious... I did some great things concerning my education and have a nice career, three lovely kids. But I am divorced twice now and I am feeling out of balance. Wanting to be more mindful and having more of a feeling I am really alive, I started mindfulness and meditating. After becoming more and more interested I learned about Mindvalley. I attented some Masterclasses and now I have started this program. My intention is to be a more conscious living and happier person than I already am.
