"I hope to find some answers now."

I have retired from my job as a sales assistant as of 01.01.2017, a bit earlier than I had planned previously, because of bossing and mobbing in my beloved fulltime job. I think I had a burnout in the end. My immune system broke down and I am still working on myself to improve my deficiencies in health. I was nursing my mother who was half-sided paralyzed after a stroke from summer 2012 till her death in January 2017, every evening after work (and on weekends) and having dinner and cleaning up at home. Often I could not sleep in that time due to the problems. Since many years I am interested in natural healing and I did an education as a nutritionist in my free time from 2011 on. I am applying this knowledge only intra-family. I wonder whether I could help more people. But I am having blockings, also in relationships, and I am not sure whether or how to continue, or doing something different? What am I destined for? I hope to find some answers now.
