Before this program, I...
 ...was managing a team of 13 people, studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, running a tour business, and trying to learn investing — all at once. On paper, doing a lot. In reality, avoiding even more. My evenings ended the same way: CBD and THC to unwind. Not occasional — daily. A head full of open loops (hundreds of unread emails, unfinished systems, conversations I kept postponing) and substances to silence the noise. My yoga practice existed in bursts. I had big ambitions but no reliable daily structure to build toward them. Every week felt reactive. I was constantly running behind on myself.

 ...stopped being a passive observer of AI and started building with it. I created a complete Life Planner in Airtable and configured Claude as my personal AI coach inside it. Every day I journal — in Czech, English or Dutch — and Claude reads my recent entries, analyzes my wellness data, and gives me specific, personalized coaching with real patterns and concrete next steps. It knows when I last did yoga, when I haven't been in nature for a week, when my bedtime is drifting. That level of self-awareness changed everything.

I built a yoga streak of 10+ consecutive days — something I'd never managed before. I automated my tour business workflows. I organized all 46 AI Mastery lessons into a searchable Airtable database. I created systems that now run parts of my life I used to just... avoid.
