Fundamentally transformed. I no longer see technical complexity as a barrier—I see it as a conversation with Claude Code. Need tenant isolation across the database? We built it. Need to parse lab PDFs and extract biomarkers with AI? Shipped. Need HIPAA compliance documentation and vendor BAA tracking? Done.

The most profound shift isn't just that I can build now—it's that I can iterate at the speed of thought. No more waiting weeks for a developer to be available. No more fundraising rounds to afford a technical team. No more losing momentum because I couldn't execute fast enough.

I've gone from idea person to builder. From entrepreneur to founder-developer. The ventures I'll create from this point forward won't be limited by my ability to find or afford technical talent—they'll only be limited by my imagination and willingness to ship.
