I loved the Advanced Home workouts as before this I never used to exercise. The motivation given by Ronan is awesome and could make my stiff body flexible. What's more, in addition to this quest and 7 days to break up with Sugar, I have lost one kg of weight as well. Cheers to Mindvalley and Ronan for the good work you have done. God bless you guys
