A Yogi's Guide to Joy

"Going through this program I have been able to settle my thoughts and sit in silence in nature"

Before this program I found it hard to meditate, to go within myself and erase the thoughts in my head. Going through this program I have been able to settle my thoughts and sit in silence in nature. The feeling I am getting by paying attention to what's around me in nature has had a settling affect on me. I enjoy the rain on my face and the sound of rain beating against my window. I am becoming more aware of the different sounds in my garden and around the coastal area where I live. I realize that I am blessed. My hope is to continue with the Nadi Shuddhi practice and Nada Yogi as part of my daily routine. Thank you
