"Attending A-Fest was like a rebirth for me, symbolizing how far I have come"

Fifteen years ago, I battled severe social anxiety. Meeting new people was incredibly difficult, and I often came across as cold or unfriendly, especially when I was tired or overwhelmed. Yet last week I attended A-fest, spending four intense days with 150 total strangers!
Twelve years ago, I faced the emotional and physical challenges of infertility. Despite my body signalling something was wrong, I went through countless tests, sex on command and treatments before finally giving birth to my beautiful daughter, and later, my son.
Eight years ago, I told my then-husband that I wasn’t a sexual person—that intimacy just wasn’t for me. Six years ago, I discovered Mindvalley, and my journey of inner transformation began. Four years ago, I couldn’t imagine ever leaving my unhappy marriage, let alone surviving on my own. Two years ago, after actually separating, I took a course with Bibi Brzozka and finally discovered my sexuality at the age of 41. I began exploring teachings from Layla Martin, Sheila Kelley and Emily Fletcher and discovered aspects of myself I never knew existed—embracing Shibari, BDSM, threesomes, group sex, energy orgasms, and more.
Two weeks ago, the idea for 'The Wealth Within Her' was born—a platform dedicated to exploring the emotional, psychological and societal patterns that shape women's relationship between money, sexuality and self-worth.
And last week, I attended my first-ever live Mindvalley event, A-Fest. It was the culmination of years of growth, learning, and discovery. Mindvalley has played a pivotal role in my transformation, guiding me toward a life of deeper connection, joy, and fulfilment.
I started the retreat with a powerful breathwork session led by Emily Fletcher, where I finally connected with the sadness surrounding my separation. In that moment, I was able to release some of the pain and begin the mourning process for my lost relationship.
On the final day, after several more intense workshops and talks, I released deep-seated anger during an impactful Kundalini activation led by Dawn Hoang. It was one of the most intense spiritual and bodily experiences I have ever had. And I felt completely safe to fully let go and let out what needed to shift.
Attending A-Fest was like a rebirth for me, symbolizing how far I have come. Never in my wildest dreams, at the height of my struggles with social anxiety, could I have imagined voluntarily attending a four-day intensive retreat with over 150 strangers, tackling themes of seduction and sexuality. I never thought I’d be using breath and body techniques to manifest a new reality or meeting in person the women whose teachings empowered my sexual discovery. Even less did I expect to form deep new friendships with inspiring, powerful women entrepreneurs from across the globe in such a short space of time.
Sharing the vision of my new platform with total strangers and feeling comfortable in such a vulnerable situation is a testament to the spirit of Mindvalley and A-Fest in particular. The safe and accepting container they created fostered transformation, and it's a true reflection of all those called to attend.
I feel as though with A-fest I truly came full circle, marking a beautiful ending to my marriage and opening up endless possibilities for the next phase of my life.

"A-Fest has been like a home for me"

A-Fest has been like a home for me. What it has meant for me personally is that I have safety, a home, a place where no matter what comes my way or what idea I am putting forth, I know that it will be embraced, it will be challenged, it will be nurtured and that feels really good. ...
