"I know I can manage my emotions without being a slave to them"

Happiness was just a destination I never could travel to was the thought I had in mind before this quest was taken.

Because most the time I was disturbed by negative thoughts. I was really interested to take this quest because I really wanted to know what happiness means, how I can be happy all the time, and how to make others happy.

The first reason I recommend this mini-quest to anyone is, we can learn important components that make us happy and most importantly we are able to know what happiness really is.

While going through this quest I experienced many positive changes. Key ones are, there was a reduction in inner chitter-chatter, reduced mental fatigue, and mental fog. Importantly I know I can manage my emotions without being a slave to them.

My key takeaways of this quest are the importance of gratitude, being present, forgiveness and managing my emotions, Thanks a lot, Christina. You are a great life transformer. I'm one!!
