7 Days To Breaking Up With Sugar

"Now I don't even think about desiring any sweet things"

So I didn't want to share my story right after I finished the quest because I was somewhat skeptical about whether my sugar cravings would come back. It has now been a month and can say with immense happiness that this quest has worked absolute magic on my sugar addiction.
Before the quest, for years and years, I would always crave sweets (cookies, cake, sugary cereals, anything that had sugar in it I could snack on) and would always give into the craving and eat something sweet. I knew sugar wasn't good for me, but I could not control myself when I desired something with sugar in it. If I walked by a bakery or coffee shop I could not resist buying a cookie or cake or muffin.
During the quest I became SO PRESENT to how eating sugar REALLY made me feel and how eating sugary things was such an empty temporary fulfillment.
Now, I don't even think about desiring any sweet things. And when a thought comes up to snack on something sweet or when I walk by a bakery or coffee shop, I don't even want to eat something sweet anymore. I'm absolutely amazed how my craving has been completely curbed. And when I do eat something sweet, I don't enjoy it like I remember I used to. Years and years of poisoning my body with sugar and all it took was 7 days to transform this addiction. Amazing :)
