Before this program and COVID I was going to the gym 2-4 times a week for 1-2 hours starting in 2014, doing mainly strength training or HIIT. 
The longest stretch I went to the gym continuously was 1,5 years. It was like an on and relationship because except for a little weight I lost my body composition didn't change much. 

In my gym breaks, I tried bodyweight training, yoga, cardio (mountain bike, hiking, swimming) or even pole dance. The struggle with all of them was either that I couldn't make time continuously or that there was no plan behind it. 
Only the 90-Day Bodyweight Challenge helped a little, but after the 90-Days the workouts got dull (no change in exercises). 

Within the 12 weeks of 10X I saw and felt the transformation of my body composition already after the first 4 weeks. 
I could literally feel my muscles growing, as I could continuously increase the weight I'm using, and my body fat-melting, as my clothes started to get loose. That itself is a Game Changer for me! 

After 12 weeks according to the Navi Method, I lost 2 kg of Body Fat and gained 1 kg of lean Body Mass. And it is visible, especially around my waist and belly as you see in the picture. 
After now 100 Days of continuous 10X training 3-4 times a week the most important Game Changers are - compared to all the other things I tried: 
- With a total of 1 - 1,5 hours of training and no need for preparation, going anywhere or regarding any time restrictions (e.g. opening hours, training times, ...) it is totally possible to keep going no matter what. I kept going during a really busy time at work (10 H days with 1-2 H commute). 
- I have all the knowledge on how to continue and how to design my workouts myself. 
- I have no back/neck pain anymore. 

With 10X I finally found the solution for me to build up strength, transform my body and stay fit and healthy with the minimum time and struggle possible. The minimum workout time is manageable even in the more stressful times in life and the continuous progress keeps me motivated to go on. 

I feel more energized, concentrated and happy when having my regular workout. Even when traveling I can arrange my workout in a way that I only need to carry my resistance bands and keep going. 
I finally understand how my body works and what it needs in order to perform its best.

For everyone who is not sure if this might be a scam (again): I first thought the same and I was tired of trying out all different things. Also, the trainers in one of the most expensive gyms in my region couldn't help me with their customized training routines to reach my goals. So I gave it a chance. 

The best decision I could have made regarding my fitness! Now I even could motivate my mum to join! She is very active but NEVER went to a gym or did strength training. And she is as excited as I am with the progress she experiences.
