🇹🇹Stories from Trinidad And Tobago

Before this program I was floundering not sure how to get myself out there with my parenting coaching consulting business and my corporate neuroleadership coaching service. I do corporate training/facilitating workshops in companies but I have not had confidence to offer coaching the participants after the course…

Before this program, I come from an environment of systemic prejudice. After experiencing life through many trials and tribulations my friend gave me Vishen book The Code To The Extraordinary Mind. That book together with a series of other books changed my life and reassured me that everything starts and ends with my…

Keith Ferrazzi taught us to use his "Wheel of Currency" to formulate 5 packets of generosity to build relationships with those with whom we wish to extend our network. For me, I realised that my investment of effort needed to start at home, because it is so easy to take my own marriage for granted amidst all the…

I have just started this program and quite excited to learn the right techniques/tools to enhance my memory and inner workings of my brain.

Since doing the quest I am constantly thinking of how I can use my voice every time to inspire the people around me and persons who are feeling a bit down. I think about what I can say to uplift them in that moment. Happy energy is definitely contagious. I think Lisa is definitely the BEST person to teach someone to be…

I decided to join the sleep mastery course immediately after Dr. Breus' masterclass. The masterclass was an Aha! moment because I realised how poor my overall sleep quality was and how it was negatively impacting every aspect of my life. There were so many gold nuggets in the course that it's difficult to choose just…

Before Duality, I was trying to just meditate every day I can (very inconsistently) and fast every Friday. However, I still felt empty and something (now I know it was my guides) was telling me to try another path. One day while scrolling through my Instagram feed I came upon Jeffery's Duality Program and instantly I…

Speak and Inspire has been the deepest self-work I've done within a community. To be able to expose your fears, your losses, your gains and your triumphs, and share the same with a support system from all over the world could only lead to empowerment like no other program ever has. It creates a foundation of…

I signed up for this course as I love quizzes and the French Language and wanted to be better at both. I got so much more from the course and I had such fun doing it and then teaching it to my friend. I will go over the whole course again because I believe I will gather up more treasures that I just might have missed…

The reason I enrolled in Lifebook is to deeply connect with my life purpose and live the life God has designed for me. I look forward to the quality of life I will be experiencing each and every day driven by God purpose for mylife and that of my family.

Before this program I really struggled on getting clear on the problems that I can best help my clients solve. As a new life coach whose goal is to help professionals gain clarity and balance in all aspects of their lives, this program helped me get super clear on that. During the program the support and content was…

Released 23lbs (~10 kg) which for me is a virtual miracle as my weight has refused to budge downward for years!... Can actually watch my pics now without wanting to die!
