Hi I am Jean Michel, form Mauritius island. I took this class after watching the master class as it resonates with what I do in my life. I LOVED this program, before the program, I was stuck in the HOW TO and felt unsupported in moving forward. During the program I had wonderful guidance which was massively supportive in so many ways...and to go through it with the accountability of the team was invaluable! How the 6 Phase Meditation Helped Me Reclaim Clarity, Energy, and Impact Before this program I have always been disciplined when it comes to protecting my health. Movement, mindfulness, and self-care were once non-negotiables in my life. However, over the past few years, as personal and professional responsibilities…

I have been trying to get rid of the belly fat through normal exercises and could not shed a single inch... I started releasing weight just after completing the first six weeks of the Wildfit challenge. I was amazed at how easy it was. At the end of the challenge, I released 10 kgs and 10 Cms of belly fat around my stomach.

After 22 years of inner work, building my own path, leadership experience, entrepreneurship, and deep…

Thanks to this program, i have the full structure of my course, I have the content to go out and start empowering change and improvement in the life of others.

I have released 18.2Kg as yet... Now my outlook on nutrition and weight release is completely changed. I know I still have a lot of weight to release, but I also know it is possible and I am convinced I now have the proper mindset and knowledge to make it happen... I have completely abandoned the idea of bariatric surgery, and even if I originally thought that WildFit was pricey, I now realise that it was money well spent and that applying what I learnt during the challenge will save me even more on caring for my health in the future.

Before this program, I was feeling that money is scarce and always go and return in small amount. But now knowing that the need to heal money wounds is important and the fact to be able to feel abundant is a very great feeling that pushes you to give the best of yourself and do what you loves, its so wonderful.

I joined Mindvalley as a member a couple of years ago. I have been a Certified Coach with another institution and have been coaching for a couple of years now.
