🇱🇺Stories from Luxembourg

I have always been a driven person, but lacking a global overview and sometimes precise implementation in some of the categories. I am diabetic and have been following self-development courses for a long time, but I was missing this precious, unique framework to guide me through. I was aware of the close…

I loved the first 1-1 call with my coach. I really feel that we have the same views and we connected very easily! I love to spend the rest of the year with her as my coach and know that we are going to make huge changes together. Also, the group call was amazing, the group spirit was awesome! We could connect all very…

For one of my businesses, these systems have helped me save approximately two working days every week. I can now complete its weekly work in three focused days of four hours each - around 12 hours per week... The most meaningful result is realizing that my human experience and AI do not have to compete- they can compound... I began this Mastery afraid of AI; halfway through, I already became a more confident, adaptive and future-ready strategist who knows how to direct it consciously instead of fearing where it might lead.

I joined Social Media Mastery 2025 because I was a burned-out creator. After seven years on social media, I had reached a point where I completely stopped creating content. I was tired of the algorithm, tired of chasing views, and honestly… disconnected from the joy of sharing. At the same time, I felt a deep desire to…

Before I started the Mindvalley Quest on Super Reading, I was already a passionate reader. I was able to read a book a week. The reason I enrolled in this Quest, was that I wanted to become an even better and faster reader. To be able to get more information and train my brain. After finishing this quest I improved my…

I took this program because I felt a bit lost about how to start my business. I have already attended some trainings but have not received all the answers. Here I learned all the most important parts about what it takes to set up a thriving coaching business. Being able to connect with others in the same point of their…

Before taking the program, I had been made redundant twice and was at a crossroads in my corporate career; I analysed my skill set and felt that coaching might be the correct path. The course proved to me that I possessed not only some skills, but also many required ones: the course helped me with not only how to…

I'm Elisabete and I have a very sedentary and stressful life with irregular hours and a job in which I spend a lot of time sitting. I felt I needed to improve my daily routine and get fitter and healthier, and after watching masterclass with Ben Greenfield I felt inspired to learn how to better do it.

That was such a learning journey! I gained the confidence to film my first videos, I actually learned how to edit my videos and I set up my very first Youtube channel. I thought that creating a course is soooo hard but I now know that I can do it too. I feel so confident now and can't wait to share my course with the…

The Learning Mastery quest has helped me optimize the way I learn, and it's already changing how I approach learning now. As someone on a journey to find my purpose and working holistically on my mind, body, and soul, I've been doing multiple Mindvalley quests at the same time. This mastery is helping me step into…

I joined this program because I want to use my brain more efficiently. Although throughout my university studies and continuous postgraduate courses I have achieved some learning skills, but I know that I could rewire my brain in order to use it more effectively.

I took up this program because it was the only one that truly resonated with who I want to be at this stage of my life. It gave me an identity - Life Coach. I had been playing this role informally for a long time, but I had never imagined it could become a real career or even carry a title. Now, after completing this…
