The programm is quite hard during the middle... as it asked to change lots of bad eating habits. But really i can't believe since i started that i can manage it and optain good results. I lost 7 Kg in 3 month.. my belly has shrunk.. and i lost 7/8 cm on hips/ thighs... Trousers now are fitting very well!
