I was living in the state where I am not enough, had my own doubts, I am unaware of my identity, having trust issues, was clingy towards my goal... I started to search myself a lot, being happy with everyone within inside, got clear mindset about the Universe, I got to know about my ability, identity, and my precious intuition, I turned out to be very different in a Positive way... Happiness is truly coming from inside not just for others sake, I have faith in this universe, actually from the day-1 itself I was starting witness how the universe is connecting the dots to mold me.

I instinctively felt that there must be a way to reverse obesity and recoup my health naturally through a balanced, nutritious meal plan... For the first time, I now comprehend the food-body relationship and apply it to nurture the regeneration of my own body.

I can now understand what's going on in my body and for the first time since ever, I can communicate with my body and listen to it, which is a gift that can't be explained in words... Between Feb 2019 when I joined the program and now I have released 23kgs of weight and feel absolutely amazing... I am 53 years old and have never been in better health or shape - that's something not many people can say.

What I weigh today I haven't weighed in the past 2.5 years and never felt healthier too... There wasn't a day without stomach pain and extreme gastrointestinal problems but truly i haven't had that problem since the day i started this program.

Vishen's videos and ideas towards the company culture inspired me to start my company Akkomplish and now we have a presence in the US, México, Denmark, Portugal and India.

I am amazed at what these 90 days has actually done to my body and the way it has shaped my mind towards eating... I have dropped 31 pounds and managed to lose a whooping 29.5 inches!
