I want to say a big Thank You for developing and spreading this short and precise method. I have not practiced it everyday yet but I definitely will and I will share it with as many people as I can, because it can bring a really big impact in a minimalist way. The biggest truth is always the simplest. Blessings from…

I redefined my life as a project. Inspired by Missy and John's ideas. I intend to build my extraordinary life to become the best version of myself.

This program felt like a trip to a parallel universe where they teach you all unearthly topics! It really felt like I was getting information from higher intelligence. Though it all works on Earth! Definitely! I started thinking about energy and force that is around us at the University on my physics courses, but they…

Hi guys, I am so happy that I finally enrolled in Mindvalley. I was dreaming to have resources to become your member. The main reason is that I am struggling around 8 years with binging eating plus bulimia . I've tried a lot of times to overcome myself i even did keto and I succeeded at that time but it's getting back…

I would absolutely recommend this to others. I feel this is a tool everyone should use. This is a class all should take... I feel children should be taught this from an early age, even preschool. Imagine the possibilities. Every parent should pass this on to their children and grandchildren....

I have never eaten so many vegetables during my whole life and now I realized that it is really important for our body and our health. This program has already changed my lifestyle.

Before this program, i'm easy to forget things and thanks to this program, practice my brain more functional and able to remember things and I adapt this program to train my department for the process that has been hard for them to remember those SOP since it's a lot and it's more fun to learn in this way than reading…

I became calmer, talked to myself for the first time in my life, looked at problems as opportunities, overestimated a lot, thank you!
