I completed my course as a professional coach on March 21. But it was so result-oriented and really to say I lost the inner freedom I used before when supporting others. I was always supporting and developing persons, friends, colleagues... and therefore I decided to quit in my managing post in an international company…

After years of believing that bread was simply a part of life (I grew up in a family of bakers for generations), I suddenly realized there is life without it... Alongside the physical changes - clearer skin, better sleep, steadier energy without afternoon crashes - came something I didn't plan at all: I stopped smoking. From one day to the next, simply because my emotional stability grew stronger and I no longer needed cigarettes as a crutch.

I struggled with extra weight, low energy, and restless sleep... I released 28 kg (61 lb)... It's no longer about willpower or restriction - it's about choice, awareness, and alignment.

When I joined Mindvalley AI Mastery, I thought I was signing up to learn tools. What I didn't expect was to walk into a space that would quietly challenge who I am becoming. From Avoidance to Alignment How AI Mastery transformed my daily life, my work, and my relationship with myself Before this program, I... ...was managing a team of 13 people, studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, running a tour business, and trying to learn investing - all at once. Before this Quest, I knew I wanted to build my own business, but I felt stuck between ideas and action. I spent too much time overthinking, researching, and waiting until everything felt perfect. Deep down, I knew fear and self-doubt were slowing me down. The reason I enrolled in this Quest was because I wanted…

Thanks to the The 14 day creating client channel program, I have certainly started to reach out to new clients and invite them to 15 min dicover calls. Before, I tried to go straight to cooperation, but thanks to the program, I realized that there is no need to get a client and certainly not a way to invite them to…

My motivation for starting 10x was different from most coaches: my clientele is global leaders, whom I'm supporting as their thought partner. I wanted to guide them also in terms of their health management, as good health is a basis for fulfillment in any area of life. I wanted a qualification that would allow me to be…
