I have always fought my body and food, coming from an obese childhood. During this pandemic, things went out of control regarding health and diet, and I was kind of not knowing what to do... I finally found a way of life that totally resonates with my beliefs and could put me in the path of food freedom and health... I released about 10 kgs, made peace with the scale and am thinking about the next progressive steps on the way of physical and mental health.

We found that the famous food pyramid that we learned in med school (we are both doctors) is completely flawed and should be banned!... Now, we never go hungry! Quite the opposite, we eat freely and stopped worrying about calories... I thought that physical exercise was everything, but found I needed to review my concepts.
