Before the Uncompromised Life course, with Marisa, I was quite insecure, and anxious about life and daily situations. I learned so much from Marissa. I learned to accept myself and self love. I learned how to manage in different situations and I feel confident. After the course I started my own business, my…

1. I find Mentoring very helpful and also great for my intellect. Since I have been doing Life Book I find myself yearning to improve my intellectual life. Mindvalley Mentoring program assists me greatly in that aspect. I set myself at least 30 mins each day to go through a new topic in the mentoring section. I also…

I have recently completed Vishen's course and I loved it. Meditation is now a part of my daily routine and I am using many of the techniques he taught. I am making progress with personal growth, but I still have a long way to go before I am confident, self accepting and using my abilities fully. However, Vishen's…

Last year I was at what I saw as a critical junction in my life having just turned 40 and with some major life changes upon me (an uncoupling of my 15yr marriage and a workplace restructure providing options for promotion or redundancy) and was stuck in a loop in my mind on making a decision. I engaged a coach (MV CLC)…

Her energy levels are higher and her mindset in regards to food has dramatically shifted and she looks amazing.

Before this program I was caught up in spiralling down and allowing my baseline of tolerance to be very low. I would allow my energy to leak and help others before myself. I would have boundaries but they would be easily manipulated by others. I didn't believe I was capable of more. During this program, I've connected…

Before Creating Transformation I have actually tried 2 other course creation courses, and I wasn't able to have a course outlined, content all planed out with clarity. With Creating Transformation, in the short 5 weeks, following the quest day by day, I not only have my first course all outlined, modules and contents…

Before this program I felt trapped by chronic illness lasting over twenty years. Since beginning this program I'm aware of shifts in my consciousness, reduction in and even absence of pain. My world is expanding. Every day in every way I am getting better, growing stronger, and awaking to my higher purpose and the…
